The room was very clean; the bed was very comfortable. I very much liked having the kitchenette in the room. The system worked out for the cupboard credit was good. The location was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with.

The location was super convenient, next to 5th, radio city, subway just around the corner. Staff very friendly, always greeting, smiling, willing to help. Very spacious 1 bedroom

Bed was comfortable. I appreciated that the room was cleaned every day without us asking -- hard to come by post-pandemic. Jonathan, one of the doormen, was very accommodating and engaging, making our stay enjoyable. We had a suite so the room was spacious.

We had a great stay at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta. The room was large, perfect for a family of 4 and newly refurbished. The location was very central and close to the subway to travel all over NYC. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We loved the location—it was perfect. So close to Rockefeller Center and 5th Avenue, right in the heart of things, but still just far enough from the busiest areas that it was easy to grab a cab or Uber when needed. Tons of great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and the whole area felt very safe and clean. The room was fantastic—we had a beautiful suite and really enjoyed the space. The hotel itself was gorgeous, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable - we slept really well despite the noise of the city. Staff were courteous and friendly. The location was good with many local restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
