I didn't like the scaffolding. I didn't like the rude and unhelpful women at the front desk, especially the blonde one. The maid service was exemplary. For the amount of money that we paid for our room, I was completely furious that our view!was a brick wall. You coukd have done lot better.

The location was excellent! The beds were super comfortable! There was a woman named Margaret who cleaned our rooms during our stay who went above and beyond. She was so kind and special and made us feel at home. Jeremiah (I think that was his name). He worked in the lobby and was also super nice and helpful all the time. Everyone who worked there was helpful and made our stay a great one! I would love to stay at this property again and I recommend anyone who is coming to NYC should!

The hotel staff were so nice & helpful. We needed extra bedding for the sofa bed & someone was up in 2 mins. The bed was super comfortable & the rooms were lovely & warm. Just a quick adjustment to the aircon & we were all toasty. My daughter loved the mini-bar credit & the size of the TV. Our bathroom was a nice size & was very well lit. The location is great. You're within walking distance of most attractions & for those a little furtther away the subway is right outside on 50th, 51st & 53rd street depending on what line you want. All in all we had a great trip & would stay here again

Staff were great and very helpful. The room was perfect for us, with plenty of space. New York prices are all high so value is relative, but I thought for the price this was a good option. It's in a more residential area so was quiet at night and had lots of dining options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We had a queen suite which was excellent as provided a separate area for my teenage daughter, the room was spacious and quiet (12th floor) and had everything we needed, we requested etc cups / glasses etc which were bought very promptly, the staff were polite and very helpful. The location was perfect, close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away to be quiet.

The location was perfect for my work trip. It's definitely a business related area and quiet at night but walking distance to many attractions. There are many food options near by. The doormen were very kind, front desk was hit or miss. My room was big with refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and shower hot. No street noise.

Clean, comfy, our room has a nice kitchenette, with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, plates and bowls. A/C works great, specially it was summer, crank it down to 70 to cool you down after walking around town.

we stayed over night for our baby moon, expecting our first daughter, and they had baby gifts, gifts for mom, and extra slippers and bathrobes to make sure my wife and myself were happy and healthy during our stay! will definitely recommend this hotel and will book it for ourselves in the future!
