The Benjamin Royal Sonesta New York

The room was very clean; the bed was very comfortable. I very much liked having the kitchenette in the room. The system worked out for the cupboard credit was good. The location was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with.

We had a great stay at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta. The room was large, perfect for a family of 4 and newly refurbished. The location was very central and close to the subway to travel all over NYC. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The room was exactly what I wanted

The room was very large by Manhattan standards. We had a great amount of closet space and movement space in the room. The bathroom was nice and we had a small kitchenette which we did not really need but I could imagine it being useful to have. Well placed lighting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was nice. Everything felt clean and fresh. The staff was so knowledgeable, helpful, clear, and friendly. We were even given really nice umbrellas to use for the day when it rained. This property is extremely convenient for walking to Midtown sites and is one block from Subway to go uptown or downtown and about 7 blocks to Grand Central Station to get anywhere.

The facility exceeded our expectations! The staff was more than accommodating, our room was clean & the housekeeping came daily to clean and restock. The best part about our stay was how friendly the staff was to our frenchie! We travel with her everywhere we go & they brought her a dog bed & her own water bowl! They also gave her dog bones when they seen her! It meant the world to us for them to be so accepting. Made our family feel very comfortable. We can’t wait to stay here again for our next trip!
